Connect Google Ads Account

Prerequisites

  • Active Google account
  • Google Ads account (or ability to create one)
  • Billing information ready

Connection Steps

Step 1: Access Connect Platforms

Navigate to the Connect Platforms section in your BoxNCase AI dashboard.

Step 2: Select Google Ads

Click on the Google Ads option from the available platforms.

Step 3: Authenticate

  1. Click "Connect Account"
  2. Sign in with your Google credentials
  3. Review and accept permissions
  4. Select the Google Ads account you want to connect

Step 4: Confirm Connection

  • Verify the correct account is selected
  • Check that all permissions are granted
  • Click "Confirm" to complete the connection

Manager Accounts (MCC)

If you're using a Manager Account:

  1. Connect the MCC first
  2. Select individual client accounts
  3. Manage permissions per account

Troubleshooting

Account not appearing:

  • Ensure you have admin access
  • Check if account is suspended
  • Verify billing is set up

Connection errors:

  • Clear browser cache
  • Try incognito mode
  • Check for browser extensions blocking
